Product Features
1. The explosion-proof exhaust fan consists of an explosion-proof motor, die-cast aluminum alloy blades, a panel, and other components;
2. The explosion-proof exhaust fan panel is fabricated by welding high-quality steel sheets, while the blades are die-cast from aluminum alloy and feature a high-pressure electrostatic powder coating on the surface.
3. Beautifully designed with a one-piece installation, ensuring safety and reliability while operating with minimal noise;
4. Both steel conduit and cable wiring are acceptable;
5. Standards followed: GB3836.1-2000, GB3836.2-2000.
Scope of Application
1. Hazardous locations with explosive gas mixtures: Zone 1, Zone 2
2. Explosive gas mixtures: IIA, IIB, IC; dust explosion-proof zones;
3. Temperature classes: T1–T4;
4. Explosion-proof markings: Exd II BT4 Gb, Exd II CT4 Gb, Ex tD A21 IP65 T130C
5. Used in industries such as petroleum, chemical engineering, aerospace, and more.
