Product Overview
- Drawing on advanced foreign prototypes, we are developing and designing new boiler fans tailored specifically for the boiler industry.
- High-temperature resistant, highly efficient, featuring high airflow, low vibration, and minimal noise—designed with a laser-cut fan housing for a sleek, aesthetically pleasing appearance.
- The motor is made from Y2 aluminum alloy die-cast material, significantly reducing its weight for lightweight design, easy installation, and a sleek, modern appearance.
- The main components of the electric motor are high-temperature-resistant materials (such as high-temperature bearings, high-temperature grease, and high-temperature insulation materials).
- The motor is cooled by connecting the insulated mounting bracket (equipped with internal cooling fins) to the air housing, ensuring optimal performance even in high-temperature conditions.
- Widely used in industries such as heating furnaces, hot-air stoves, CNC boilers, steam boilers, drying applications, chemical processing, food production, and grain machinery.
- Normal operating temperature of the fan: 180°C–200°C
