1. The explosion-proof oscillating fan consists of an explosion-proof motor, fan blades, an explosion-proof control switch, an oscillating mechanism, and a mesh cover (including a stand, bottom mounting bracket, or wall-mounting bracket), among other components.
2. The fan blades are made from aluminum alloy, precision-cast and formed, with a high-pressure electrostatic powder coating on the surface to prevent sparks during operation. Additionally, they feature a tightly fitted protective mesh, enhancing safety and making them ideal for use in factory workshops.
3. Utilizing a synchronous motor and a dedicated servo motor for the head-tilting mechanism, the main motor is separated from the head-tilting motor, reducing the load on the main motor, extending its lifespan, and enhancing overall product efficiency.
